Job Purpose
To handle customer communication, assist in resolving customer issues.
Assist with payment transactions processing and support, and the overall support of customer accounts.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide multilingual customer support and translate communications as needed.
- Assist in researching and resolving customer issues using available tools and resources.
- Manage client accounts by updating notes and maintaining accurate records.
- Help investigate and address transaction discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor customer activity to detect and report potential fraud or misuse.
- Assist in adjusting transactions in customer accounts as necessary.
- Support the production of reports on trends and patterns to identify areas for service improvement.
